Do you handle both residential and commercial demolition?
Yes. LCKD provides selective demolition and interior strip-out services for residential and commercial projects across Ontario, with scope based on the building, access, drawings, permits and project requirements.
Can you demolish only part of a structure or room?
Yes. Selective demolition is often the right approach. The goal is to open only what needs to be opened, protect the surrounding areas and leave the space ready for what comes next.
Do you also frame the space after demolition?
Yes, but framing is optional. LCKD can be hired for demolition only, framing only, or a coordinated demolition-and-framing scope when both services are needed.
What framing systems do you work with?
Residential wood framing and commercial steel-stud framing are both represented on this page, along with openings, additions, repairs and rebuild preparation. Structural/load-bearing work follows the applicable drawings and project requirements.
Can slab or concrete removal be part of the project?
Yes, where the approved scope, access and site conditions support it. Concrete breaking and slab removal can be integrated into the demolition plan when required.
What happens after demolition is complete?
Once demolition is complete, the area can be handed off cleanly for the next contractor or phase, or LCKD can continue into framing when that is part of the agreed scope.
